Stratodesk Edge Channel Program Fuels Record Growth as End User Computing Demand Skyrockets

  • Channel sales drives more than 50% of revenue for the first time
  • Stratodesk signs 10 new worldwide resellers per month including Melillo Consulting and SmartSoft

San Francisco – February 2, 2022 – Stratodesk, the leading global EUC innovator of managed endpoint software, announced record-breaking revenue growth in 2021 driven by demand for Stratodesk EUC endpoint software. The channel is a leading revenue driver for the company as more than half of overall sales came from partners in the second half of 2021, up from 5 percent overall in previous years. For the full year 2021, Stratodesk’s pipeline grew over 300%.

“Our transformation to a channel-led company is demonstrated by our partners’ record-breaking contributions to company revenue,” said Steve Thompson, Vice President of Sales and Channels at Stratodesk. “By choosing trusted technology advisors as quality partners, we can offer customers a competitive advantage through our robust, feature-rich software, while providing one of the most differentiated and margin-rich channel programs in EUC.”

Stratodesk Edge Delivers Repeat Revenue Opportunities for Partners

As a channel-focused company, Stratodesk relies on its partner relationships to reach new EUC and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) customers and increase profitability. The Stratodesk Edge partner program enables leading resellers, solution providers and distributors to deliver the most advanced EUC endpoint solution to joint customers around the world.

Stratodesk partners enjoy large margin share, repeat revenue with flexible licensing options – all key reasons why partners migrate from other vendors to Stratodesk. An average of 10 new partners per month are registering in the Stratodesk Edge portal as more companies look for more efficient, scalable and simplified solutions to EUC technology. New customers including A Duie Pyle, Ardent Health Services, Firestone Building Products, IntelliSchool, and Shore United Bank, and new partners such as Centre Technologies, CDW, Computer Products Corporation (CPC), Dell, ITsavvy, SLMIT Innovation Technology and SHI were added to Stratodesk’s growing community.

“With the rise of digital workforces, it’s important that businesses enable their employees to work from anywhere in the world,” said Yoav Hornik, CEO at SmartSoft. “As an information security company in Israel, we are highly sensitive about the need for increased security, and we use Stratodesk NoTouch OS, a hardened Linux-based operating system, to reduce the attack surface of organizations and to ensure attackers stay out of the endpoints. There’s no better time to increase productivity and security by revolutionizing how enterprises can deploy and manage tens of thousands of devices through the Stratodesk NoTouch suite of solutions. SmartSoft and Stratodesk together are creating new opportunities for IT staff to centralize device management in a flexible and cost-effective way.”

“Stratodesk’s ability to quickly deliver EUC software innovations is key to the success of our customers’ digital transformation initiatives. Melillo Consulting’s VDI solutions powered by Stratodesk give IT teams more choice in how they leverage and implement virtual endpoints throughout their infrastructure,” said Dean Amato, Director of Business Development at Melillo Consulting. “From billing to licensing, it’s easy to do business with the Stratodesk team, allowing us to focus on ensuring the best experience for our end-user customers. Stratodesk has become a vital part of our managed services offerings.”

Stratodesk Edge makes it easy for partners to create net new revenue and growth opportunities by providing on-demand sales and technical support training and certification, enhanced deal registration, sales and marketing incentives, a centralized management platform enabling them to manage, monitor and update customer accounts; among other benefits.

For joint end-user customers, Stratodesk partners can also transform any PC, thin client, laptop or Raspberry Pi device into a secure and centrally managed VDI/DaaS endpoint with Stratodesk’s suite of thin-client endpoint software solutions, including Stratodesk NoTouch Center, Stratodesk NoTouch OS, and Stratodesk NoTouch Long Term Support (LTS). The recently launched NoTouch LTS solution brings greater control to enterprise IT departments responsible for managing and efficiently updating from thousands to tens of thousands computing devices distributed across multiple locations.
