Upload Support files

This form allows you to upload support files, screenshots, and other material that can help to solve a support case directly to Stratodesk. Support cases are opened by sending an email to [email protected] with a detailed problem description.

Ticket number

The support case must already be open and you must have your five-digit case number ready. Please double check as incorrectly filed uploads will get lost.

Confirm email

Please double-check that you are using the correct email address otherwise we can not get back to you.

Problem description

Please be as descriptive as possible and let our team what to look out for. What is the exact error you are seeing. What VDI server versions are used, if any? Do not simply write non-helpful stuff such as ‘here is the file’.

Attach files

You can add multiple files, such as support files from client or management software, screenshots, videos of the problem happening.
