The Role

Stratodesk is looking for success driven individuals to join our European Sales Teams selling our market-leading NoTouch software.  Remote work locations can be but are not limited to The UK, The Netherlands, Germany and Benelux. An integral part of the sales organization, the Regional Sales Manager is a highly motivated individual with EUC experience and has demonstrated the ability to work with a virtual team consisting of pre-sales engineers, inside sales support and channel account managers as well as channel partners.  You will identify & qualify customer inquiries, advise customers and help bring sales projects to a close. You maintain contact with customers and partners on the phone, by email, in-person and at events.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound efforts
  • Establish relationships with key channel partners and strengthen relationships with our existing Stratodesk Edge partners to create pipeline and collaborate on existing opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and demonstrate progress towards achieving account strategies
  • Build relationships relationships with Stratodesk alliance partners such as Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft, NerdIO, LG and Dell to maximize full potential of every opportunity
  • Maintain active engagement with potential customers
  • Provide accurate forecasting
  • Input accurate and timely opportunity updates in the CRM system for management visibility in territory pipeline

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of vocational training and work experience
  • 7+ years of software and/or EUC sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High-energy, passionate, self-starter
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
